To ensure impartiality and neutrality in evaluations, focusing on content, equity, and equal opportunities, at the time of abstract submission, two PDF files will be requested: one complete for later dissemination purposes, and another anonymous file, without the authors' names, which will be used solely during the evaluation process. Abstracts should be prepared using the templates provided in the links below and follow the guidelines provided.
Guidelines for Abstract Submission
File Format:: Abstracts should be submitted in PDF format, using the template provided on the submission platform.
Language: All text should be written in english. .
Number of Abstracts: Each author can submit up to 5 abstracts .
Presentation Option: ndicate whether the work will be presented orally or in poster format. However, this choice does not guarantee the selected presentation format; the final decision will be made after evaluating all abstracts.
Title: The title should contain a maximum of 250 characters.
Authors: Up to 15 authors can be included. The format should be: Last name, initials of the first name (e.g., Santos, MS). Authors should be separated by semicolons. Indicate with an asterisk (*) the author responsible for presenting the work (oral or poster).
Institutional Affiliations: Affiliations should be numbered sequentially, indicating which author each affiliation corresponds to.
Abstract Character Limit: The abstract should be a maximum of 3000 characters. , with spaces.
Keywords: Provide 3 to 5 keywords , separated by semicolons.
Funding Agencies: If applicable, provide information about the agencies that funded the study.
Types of study: Original works, including case reports, will be accepted as long as they align with the event's scope and hold significant importance for the scientific community. Literature reviews, non-systematic bibliographic reviews, and experience reports will not be accepted.

Evaluation Criteria - Abstracts will be assessed according to the following criteria:
1. Abstract Title: The title should be clear, concise, and reflect the content of the work.
2. Objectives: The study's objectives should be explicitly stated, relevant, and aligned with the event's theme.
3. Methodology/Development: Describe the methodology used in detail. Methods should be appropriate to answer research questions or hypotheses.
4. Results: Data should be presented clearly and related to the study's objectives.
5. Conclusions: Conclusions should be consistent with the results obtained. The study's implications and contributions should be highlighted.
6. Language and Writing: Writing should be clear and objective. Special attention should be paid to grammar, spelling, and sentence structure.
7. Originality of the Work: Considers the degree of innovation and the study's contribution to the field of knowledge.
Each reviewer will assign scores from 0 to 100 for each criterion. The final score will be calculated as the simple average of the scores. Abstracts with a score of 70 or higher will be approved. The top-ranked abstracts in each thematic area will be selected for oral presentation, subject to availability.
Evaluation Process - Two experts will evaluate each abstract. If there is a discrepancy of more than 20% in the scores, a third expert will evaluate the abstract. In this case, the result will be the average of the two closest scores.
